Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a time-based code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.
Enabling 2FA
- Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Scan the QR code with any authenticator app that supports TOTP (e.g., Bitwarden, 1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy)
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm
- Save your recovery codes in a secure location
Recovery Codes
When you enable 2FA, you’ll receive recovery codes. These are one-time use codes that let you access your account if you lose your phone.
- Each code can only be used once
- Store them securely (password manager, printed copy in a safe place)
- You can regenerate codes from the 2FA settings page
Disabling 2FA
- Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication
- Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication
- Enter a code from your authenticator app to confirm
Passkeys
Passkeys provide passwordless login using your device’s built-in security (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware security key).
Why Use Passkeys?
- More secure - Resistant to phishing and password theft
- Faster login - No password to type
- Device-based - Uses biometrics or hardware keys you already have
Adding a Passkey
- Go to Settings → Passkeys
- Click Add Passkey
- Follow your browser’s prompts to:
- Use Face ID / Touch ID (Mac/iPhone)
- Use Windows Hello (Windows)
- Use a hardware security key (YubiKey, etc.)
- Give your passkey a name (e.g., “MacBook Pro”, “YubiKey”)
Signing In with a Passkey
- On the login page, click Sign in with Passkey
- Select your passkey when prompted
- Authenticate with your biometric or security key
Managing Passkeys
View and manage your passkeys in Settings → Passkeys:
- See all registered passkeys with their names and last used date
- Remove passkeys you no longer use
- Add additional passkeys for backup
Tip: Register passkeys on multiple devices so you always have a backup way to sign in.
Support Access
Sometimes the fastest way for our support team to fix a problem is to see your account exactly as you see it. Support Access lets you grant that - and nobody can sign in to your account without it.
How It Works
- Support access is off by default. Our team can never sign in to your account unless you explicitly enable it.
- When you grant access, it expires automatically after 7 days. You can revoke it earlier at any time.
- Every support sign-in and sign-out is recorded, and the full history is shown to you on the Support Access page.
- Support staff can never see your API keys or connection credentials - these are hidden from support sessions entirely.
Granting Access
- Go to Settings → Support Access
- Click Grant support access
- Confirm with your password
The page shows the exact date and time access expires. To end it sooner, click Revoke access - the change takes effect immediately.
Access History
The Support Access page lists every time support signed in to or out of your account, so you always know if and when your account was accessed.
Support Tickets
Paid plan users (Pro and Business) can create support tickets directly in the app for faster assistance.
Creating a Ticket
- Go to Settings → Support
- Click New Ticket
- Select a category (e.g., Billing, Technical, Feature Request)
- Describe your issue
- Click Submit
Managing Tickets
View and respond to your tickets in Settings → Support:
- See all your open and closed tickets
- Reply to messages from our support team
- Track the status of your requests
Business plan users receive priority support with faster response times.
