Your Analytics on Autopilot - Introducing Scheduled Reports

The best analytics habit is the boring one: the same report, at the same time, every week. It’s also the first habit that dies when things get busy. You skip one Monday review, then two, and suddenly the traffic dip from three weeks ago is news to everyone.

Today we’re launching Scheduled Reports. Pick a report template, choose a cadence, and the finished analysis arrives in your inbox - written, formatted, and ready to read. The Weekly Traffic Monitor finally runs weekly without anyone remembering to run it.

How It Works

Open Scheduled Reports from any property’s reports page, or click Schedule this report on a template, then set three things:

• What runs - any report template, built-in or custom, with its field values filled in once and reused on every run
• When it runs - weekly on a chosen day, monthly on a chosen date, or every N days, at the time and timezone you pick
• Who hears about it - any teammates with access to the property

From then on, the report runs itself. Each finished run is a normal report: it appears in your reports history, shared with the team, marked with a “Scheduled” badge so you can tell it apart from manual runs. Template cards show their cadence at a glance, linking straight to the schedule.

Delivered, Not Buried

When a run completes, every recipient gets an email with a link to the finished report - in their own language, and only if they still have access to the property. No attachments to version-control, no PDFs rotting in a shared drive: the link opens the live report in the app, where it can be shared onward or continued in chat like any other analysis.

When Things Go Wrong

Automation that fails silently is worse than no automation. Scheduled reports are deliberately noisy about problems:

• If a run can’t start - the template was deleted, a required connection was disconnected, no AI provider is active - the schedule’s creator gets an email saying exactly what’s wrong.
• After three consecutive failures the schedule pauses itself rather than burning through API tokens indefinitely. Fix the issue, flip it back on, and it picks up its cadence again.
• Every schedule keeps a run history, so you can see at a glance what ran, what didn’t, and why.

The Fine Print

Scheduled reports are included on all paid plans - the number of active schedules scales with your tier (see pricing). Free plans keep full access to every report template, run manually.

As with everything in AI Data Stream, the runs go through your own API keys at cost, with no markup. A weekly report is a few cents of tokens on most providers - the value is in never forgetting to run it.
